This place is best visited in winter when the annual UIAA Ice Climbing World Cup is held. Aside from the long-awaited winter activity for the the sports enthusiasts; there are also ice sculptures, food stalls, and spectacular ice-covered cliff to see.
Fact check: The water falling from the cliff is actually from water tubes. The water turns to ice when the temperature drops below zero creating a beautiful scene of ice cascading the cliff.
